Travel north on Interstate 35 towards Georgetown.  Take  the FM 2243 Exit (Leander Road), take a left at the light and pass over the Interstate.  Continue about half a mile and Tippit will be visible on your left.

From Waco on IH35

 

Travel south on Interstate 35 towards Georgetown.  Take  the FM 2243 Exit (Leander Road) and turn right at the light.  Continue about half a mile and Tippit will be visible on your left.
