Note regarding supplies:  the 7th grade team will be collecting many of the requested supplies to be stored in the classrooms.  This practice prevents loss, theft or damage.  Students should replenish supplies as needed by seeing the teacher to whom they turned in their materials.  As a math teacher, I have collected graph paper, pencils (regular and mechanical) and 5 of the 6 spirals listed for math.  Students should keep at least 2 types of pencils in their pencil bag at all times.  In addition, they should always have 1 math spiral in their three-inch binder.

NOTE REGARDING CURRENT TOPICS OF STUDY:  Students should be taking excellent notes which will serve as their "textbook".  If your student's notes are hard to read and/or incomplete, he/she is welcome to spend his/her recess copying my originals.
