Hi, Welcome to our class web site! Click above on any of the buttons to link you to all the information and pictures for our Hale's Happy Herd. I'm Linda Hale. I teach Kindergarten at the Village. I started teaching in 1981! Wow, time flies when your having fun, and that's exactly my philosophy of teaching...FUN. I believe learning should be fun and exciting. If I can turn kids on to learning, books and school, we will have life long learners on our hands. If you remember back to your early education.... I doubt you will remember a worksheet, but I imagine you will remember the hands on activities, the explorations into new ideas, and the creative FUN experiences. That is what I hope to give the kids in our "Happy Herd". My husband and I have a college-age son, Justin and a senior in high school daughter, Courtney. We have a Cocker Spaniel, two Weimeraners, 1 cat, 9 chickens (thanks to hatching eggs in Kindergarten ), a Guinea Pig, and Hermit Crabs at school. In my spare time (Ha, Ha) I like to garden, sew, paint, work jigsaw puzzles, and read.
