Hello, I am Mrs. Samantha Stevens, the Technology Facilitator at McCoy. I have been teaching in Georgetown for 15 years. This will be my 5th year in the computer lab as technology facilitator.
This first nine weeks, scholars will be learning and/or improving their keyboarding skills. We use the Type To Learn 3 program in the computer lab. Later this year, I will be helping teachers plan various projects integrating subject area topics and technical skills. We will also be doing research on the Internet.
