DYSLEXIA SERVICES

Dyslexic students are currently being served in the  ROOM 207.  The program is based on the Orton-Gillingham model of Basic Language Skills.  It is an explicit, structured, systematic, cumulative and multi-sensory program designed to "re-train" the brain to think of language and reading differently.  If you suspect your child may be struggling with dyslexia, contact your child's teacher.  We will investigate dyslexia tendencies through the SAIL process.  Please feel free to contact Gail McKenzie X6546.
