A little bit about me:

I have 24 years teaching experience in Georgetown ISD at Carver Elementary: nine years teaching third grade, ten years teaching second grade, and five years in the library. Since I love both children and books, the library is the perfect place! My five children were also Carver students . . . I can honestly say that Carver kids are the BEST!

My education:

B.A., Latin American Studies, The University of Texas at Austin, 1974

M.Ed., Elementary Education, The University of Texas at Austin, 1985
School Library Certification, University of North Texas, 2005
