I am so excited to start the 2009/2010 school year with your child!  Hopefully everyone had a long and restful summer.  First grade is full of learning and fun...and I hope your child is just as thrilled as I am.  My goal this year is to provide and nurture a safe place for your child to learn and grow.  Welcome to the learning safari!

 

Now a little about myself.  I am one of three daughters (all who are teachers) from Houston, Texas.  I attended South West Texas State University where I received my Bachelors in Business Administration, specializing in marketing.  It did not take long to realize my heart was with children!  The next year I attended LaTourneau University where I received my teaching and English as a second language certification.  This is my fourth year teaching at Village.  I am married and have 3 adorable pets:)  My husband and I are proud to announce that we will be welcoming our first child into the world February 11th.  I live in Round Rock and love to go to the beach, watch movies, and SHOP TIL I DROP!
