Welcome to our homepage! My name is Lacy Johnson and I will be teaching your child Reading, Writing, Language Arts and Social Studies this year!

My partner is Mrs. Kim Hoehn and she will teach Math and Science.  Her number is 943-5000 ext.#6340, and we are both here to do everything we can to make this the BEST YEAR EVER for your child!

	Writing an essay with five paragraphs, along with many other writing styles
	Reading a variety of texts for information Lots of fantastic Texas History
	How to learn and have fun at the same time!

I am certified in both Early Childhood - 4th and 4th through 8th grades for all subject areas

I am ESOL certified

I am also certified in Special Education

Masters from Texas State University in Elementary Reading, with a focus on Special Education Curriculum

 

 

 

A Little More about me:

I moved to Georgetown last summer and have absolutely loved it!

Orange is my favorite color, which is weird for an Aggie, I know!

I have a little deaf wiener dog named Gus and a yellow lab named Bonnie, and they are basically my children

I just bought a house and I am having a lot of fun decorating

I love reading, hanging out with my family and friends, and playing with my dogs

I love to cook, and hope to take culinary classes soon

My favorite candy is banana laffy taffy

I have two fabulous brothers - one is a sophmore at Baylor and the other works in Hollywood

I recently got engaged, and I will be getting married over the Christmas break
