Text Box: Williams Elementary Box Tops/Labels Program

During the 2006-2007 school year we made almost $1000 with the Box Tops for Education and the Tyson Project A+ programs, and we accumulated 9,000 points in the Labels for Education program. Check out the participating products in each program. Which products do you use?

Project A+

· Each Project A+ label is worth 24 cents.

· We must send in the entire label, not just the project A+ logo.

· These labels are found on the boxes and bags of Tyson frozen Chicken products and refrigerated deli meats.

· The money we collect from Project A+ goes into the general PTA funds.

Text Box: Box Tops for Education Each box top is worth 10 cents. All box tops must include the expiration date if there is one. We can not send in expired box tops. Box tops are found on over a hundred products. Look for box tops on General Mills, Cascadian Farm , Nature Valley, Disney, and La Lechera Cereals, Pillsbury products, Yoplait multipacks, Hamburger Helper, Betty Crocker, and Old El Paso meals, Totino’s pizza rolls, Chex Mix, Ziploc bags, Kleenex, Cottonelle, Viva, and Hefty products to name few. The money we collect from Box Tops for Education is used to buy leveled books for reading groups in the classroom.

Labels for Education

· Each label is worth 1 or 5 points.

· We must send in the UPC symbol with the adjacent Labels for Education logo.

· These labels are found on all Campbell’s, Pepperidge Farm, Franco-American, Swanson, Market Day, Prego and V-8 products.

· The points we earn are used by the coaches to order recess equipment from the Labels for Education catalogue.
