Modifications have been made related to UIL preparticipation physical examination requirements for the 2020-2021 school year to support social distancing and to assist with the workload of medical professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, GISD has moved ALL other requirements to be cleared to an online format to continue our support of social distancing. It is EXTREMELY important to read through the information below in order to appropriately submit the necessary requirements.

We highly encourage all parents to register for a RankOne account while submitting these requirements in order to keep track of the forms that have been submitted.
