Georgetown Independent School District’s Academic Alternative School of Choice

Now taking applications for the 2023-2024 school year.

• RHS offers a smaller school setting where the entire faculty and staff are committed to students’ success.
• State-accredited Texas Education Agency (TEA) campus. Students earn a state high school diploma.   
• Partnership with Austin Community College. Students participate in articulated, dual-credit, or co-enrollment classes to earn college credit.
• A student must be 16 years of age or older, be in grades 10-12 and reside within the district boundaries to obtain an application. 
• Richarte High School is an accelerated and intense program of study. Students must be academically and behaviorally ready to take on the commitment that RHS requires. Grades, academic progress, attendance, and discipline are reviewed during the admissions process and can be a determining factor in acceptance. 

IN-PERSON Students interested in attending Richarte High School for the 2022-2023 school year may apply by completing the RHS application.
