Hi, my name is Kendra Brown and I am excited to be your student's Resource/Social Skills teacher. I live in Georgetown with my husband Zach, our son Mason, and our dog Roxy. I enjoy spending with my family and friends, exercising, camping, fishing, gardening, and cooking. This will be my 8th year teaching and my 11th year in the district. Before teaching Resource/Social Skills, I taught Kindergarten for 3 years. This will be the best year yet! I grew up in the Houston area and moved to Georgetown in 1998. I attended Village Elementary, Benold Middle School, and Georgetown High School. I continued my education at Stephen F. Austin State University. I received my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education in May 2012. I hold certifications in English as a Second Language and Special Education.
Drink- Unsweet Tea with Mango
Snack- Goldfish crackers
Scents- Beachy smells (Tiki Beach from Bath and Body Works) and Fall pumpkins/apples
Dessert- Cookies or brownies
Candy- chewy fruity candy (Starburst, Skittles, etc.)
Hobby- Spending time with family, Pinteresting, cooking
Fast Food- Chick-fil-a or Schlotzsky's.
