Business Management          
    Business Management introduces students to a variety of topics associated with running a business. The course focuses on the areas of basic knowledge of a business, marketing aspects of a business, financial concerns of a business, human resources, and technology within a business.
    Students develop business plans by focusing on each aspect of a business and then applying that aspect to their business plan. Students form business teams, build each area of the business plan and gain experience presenting their plans to community business leaders. Students develop the strategic plan, marketing plan, finance plan, human resource plan, and technology plan.
    Business Management students are eligible to earn articulation credit through Austin Community College. Students who complete the course with an average of 80 or above will receive course credit.
