Hi! I am Mrs. Fontenot and I can’t wait to welcome your dumplings to 2nd grade! I will be teaching your child math, science and social studies this year. I am in my 13th year of teaching but before being in the classroom, I was a “stay at home” mom for 13 years. My oldest, Hannah, is in her last year of nursing school at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and my youngest, Jarrett, is a junior at Texas State University. My husband, Lewis, and I are excited about the empty nest era we’ve begun and enjoy playing golf on the weekends!  Both of my children attended Village and graduated from GHS, so Village holds a special place in my heart!
