Welcome back Village Families!
I am thrilled to be starting my 8th year at Village and my 9th year in GISD. This will also be my 23rd year as a professional school counselor.
I grew up in Orange, Texas, and received my Undergraduate and Master's degrees from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. My family moved to Georgetown in 2014. My husband and I have 3 amazing children. Austin, 2022 Texas A&M Graduate , Alex, a Sophomore at Texas A&M Galveston, and Abby, a Senior at GHS.
At Village, I am so fortunate to be able to spend a great deal of time in individual, group, and guidance counseling with our students. I enjoy helping students with anger management, anxiety, grief, divorce issues, social skills, self-esteem, and a variety of other areas that help them be successful throughout the year.
I look forward to seeing those smiling faces this fall and welcoming back all of our families. Please feel free to contact me if I can be of any help throughout the school year.
