Welcome back to the second semester of the 2022-23 school year! We have another opportunity this semester to tackle the unique challenges that are found in the study of reading language arts.  

This semester, we will go into depth with new units of study. The rest of the year will be dedicated to informational text, the construction of solid arguments, and the study of dramatic works.

Students will enhance their language skills by emphasizing critical thinking and the logical development of ideas while practicing reading, writing, research, and media literacy.
