    My Education & Teaching Background

    Graduated from Concordia University at Austin   I have taught in Georgetown ISD since 2004. I spent the first 18 years in 1st grade and last year I moved to second grade. This is my 20th year with GISD!!!
    Before teaching in Georgetown I taught 6 years in other grade levels including first, second, and fourth grade. This is my 26th year of teaching! I love all subject areas and have a special passion for science and reading. You will see lots of projects, collaboration, and discussion in the classroom. I set high expectations for my students and truly believe all learners can succeed while still having fun!
