All student-athletes suspected of having sustained a concussion may receive academic accommodations from their treating physician.  It is recommended that these be updated every 7 days, and at a maximum of every 14 days.  All documentation for academic accommodations will be forwarded to the school nurse for distribution to the student-athletes teachers.
