Welcome to First Grade!  This will be my third year teaching at GISD and I am so excited to be a part of the First Grade Dual Language Team here at Williams.  I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 and was blessed to be able to stay at home with my three children until my youngest started school.  My husband retired from the Army and currently works as an X-ray tech. Most weekends we are busy on the soccer field or at a cheer competition.   

My Why:  To encourage and ignite a passion for learning in each one of my students so that they will develop a lifelong love for learning.

I am so excited about this year and can not wait to get to know all my students and their families!
