2019 - 2020 will be my seventh year teaching in Georgetown, and I am very excited to start my third year at Village, where I completed my student teaching.  I am teach writing and science and look forward to a great year of learning, imagining, writing, sharing and hands-on discovery in our classroom.

I graduated from Santa Clara University with my degree in Philosophy and English and received my Masters from Texas State University in 2013. I have ESL, SPED, and Gifted and Talented certifications.

My husband, Tom, and I have lived in Georgetown since 2003. We have four children and joyously added two grandchildren, Cal and Hazel, to our family last summer. We enjoy traveling and hiking. My hobbies include knitting, quilting, and reading historical fiction.
