Place 2 - Scott Alarcon

    Term: 2016-2019

    SCOTT ALARCON was elected to the Georgetown ISD Board of Trustees in May 2010 and currently serves as Board Member, Place 2.

    Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and a master’s degree in health services management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He also holds the designation of Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer. Scott is currently serving as the Chief Executive Office for the Georgetown Health Foundation. In addition, he has served in leadership positions for civic organizations and has been instrumental in implementing innovative education and health care projects throughout Central Texas.

    Scott has lived in Georgetown for 20 years with his wife Gretchen. They have 4 children who attend Forbes Middle School and Georgetown High School.
