About Mrs. Sepulvado

  • Kim Sepulvado will be the assistant principal at Cooper Elementary beginning the 2018-2019 school year. She holds a bachelor of arts in elementary education with a minor in history from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois and a master's of education in educational leadership from Stephen F. Austin University.

    Mrs. Sepulvado began her teaching career at Orange Grove Elementary in Aldine ISD, Houston, Texas, in 1988. She taught 2nd grade, reading recovery and pre-first. Mrs. Sepulvado also served as a skills specialist and curriculum coordinator before becoming the assistant principal in 2003 at the same school.

    She moved to Georgetown ISD in 2009 where she served as the assistant principal at Village and Williams Elementary.

    Mrs. Sepulvado was born in Alton, Illinois and moved to Houston, Texas after graduating from college in1988.

    She and her husband enjoy watching their daughter participate in dance and theater. They enjoy spending time as a family and traveling.
