Mrs. Ashlyn Taylor

Hi! I'm Ashlyn Taylor and I serve as Special Education team lead and as a math inclusion teacher that also works as an inclusion support to other subjects when needed. I am a GISD alumi that grew up in the great town of Georgetown and went through Benold myself. After graduating from Baylor University in May of 2019, I was thrilled to be welcomed back to GISD and Benold as a staff member starting the fall semester of 2019. Coming back for my fourth year at Benold, I am so excited to help students learn and grow in whatever ways they can be successful not only in the classroom but in our changing world. Outside of school, I love to play with my 3 dogs, paint and read. My personal mission is to transform lives, by viewing challenges as opportunities for growth, grace or inspiration, by teaching the use of personal gifts for the betterment of the world.
