Brooke Klickman - Intervention Data Coach
This is my 6th year at Tippit! I am excited to serve as the Interventionist for our school this upcoming year. Tippit Titans are doing great things and I am thrilled to be a part of a district that is actively preparing students to be successful in their future!
I grew up in Austin and then moved to San Marcos to attend Texas State University where I met my husband, David. We have been married for 8 years and have a 6 year old daughter named Riley who attends Wolf Ranch Elementary and an 3 year old son named Luke. We currently live in Leander and love it here! We are blessed with great neighbors and make it a point to hang out outside in our cul-de-sac with them almost every afternoon/evening!
I knew I wanted to be a teacher when I was about 5 years old. Nothing made me happier than to teach my friends new things and see them enjoy learning from me. I chose to be a teacher then and never looked back. My father also had a large influence in my career choice. He taught for over 30 years and to hear my peers talk about how much of an impact he had on their lives was inspiring.
My teaching philosophy is pretty simple. I am here to make success possible for each and every student, teach them how to take ownership of every task put in front of them and complete it to the best of their abilities. I want them to know that when they walk into my classroom success will happen through accountability between each other. I am here to be the person that pushes each learner to believe in themselves and know that they can achieve whatever they put their minds to.
