In 2013 I completed my Master of Education degree in Teacher Leadership at Lamar University. My teaching experience includes Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, and Reading Intervention K-5th. This is my 8th year with Georgetown ISD, and my 18th year in education.
Family and Interests:
I live in Round Rock, TX with my husband Neil, our three children, and our dogs LeeLoo and Atlas. This year we have two sons that are seniors at Round Rock High School, and a daughter in nursing school at Texas State University. We love to travel, watch movies, and explore local restaurants.
Learning Design Coach:
I am so excited to serve as Carver's Learning Design Coach this year! My role is to facilitate the implementation of the GISD Strategic Framework, Learner Profile, and design qualities to create meaningful work that is student centered. I will support teachers by providing personalized professional development, goal setting, coaching, and be a collaborative educational resource.
