    Hi, I'm Ms. Garcia! I am a second year teacher at East View High School where I will be teaching mathematics. I am also the Director of the Starlet JV Dance Team. I graduated from Seguin High School in 2015 and I am pumped to be back in the classroom!

    I graduated from Texas State University receiving my BFA in Dance Education with a minor in Mathematics. While attending Texas State, I joined CIM TEYA (Creation in Motion Touring Ensemble for Young Audiences) as a sophomore and junior. I traveled with CIM TEYA to the country of Trinidad and Tobago during junior year and taught creative movement to the surrounding schools. In addition, I performed in the Coco Dance Festival and took classes from other dance companies. I also joined Orchesis Dance Company my junior year and served as Company Director my senior year.

    ​Before coming here, I worked at Walt Disney World in Magic Kingdom. I love all things Disney, but you can still find me watching other shows like The Office, Friends, and Naruto. Currently, I live in Round Rock, Texas with my cat-son, Artichoke. I like to fill my spare time with playing video games, reading, or baking. I am super excited to start this new year! GO PATRIOTS!
