Official Transcripts

Beginning May 1st,  GISD will no longer be using Naviance as our student transcript processing service.We have instead partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely and confidentially, to colleges, universities, and scholarship organizations of your choice!

This service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Students and alumni simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual that they would like to receive it.  Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript.

Current Georgetown ISD students will receive a total of 10 free transcripts.  Once a student has requested 10 transcripts, the cost will be $6.50 per electronic transcript.

Alumni will continue to pay $6.50 per transcript.  GISD class of 2022 graduates will be considered alumni after August 1, 2022.
