Jennifer is currently celebrating her 10th year in education and fourth year with Georgetown ISD. GO EAGLES! Before becoming a professional school counselor, Jennifer taught ELAR at all middle school levels in addition to sponsoring cheerleading and National History Day participants. In 2011, Jennifer earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in English from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. Shortly after, Jennifer began work on her Master's in Education with a specialization in School Counseling from Texas A&M -- Central Texas in Killeen, TX. Jennifer earned her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision with Capella University in May 2021. Additionally, Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Jennifer is committed to working with students and parents to address the challenges of the present while planning for the future. She welcomes collaboration with parents, students, faculty, and administrators to make sure that students have what they need to achieve their goals.
Currently living in Jarrell, TX, on family property. Jennifer has fur babies, King Arthur & King Festus, that keeps her on her toes. When not working, Jennifer likes to read, go walking, catch up on Netflix shows, and spend time with her friends and family.
