What is FAFSA?
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid is a form completed by current and prospective college students in the United States to determine their eligibility for student financial aid.

When should I complete the FAFSA?
The FAFSA application opens October 1 during your senior year. The priority deadline to complete the application is January 15 of your senior year.
What form should I fill out?
Class of 2023: You will need to complete the 2023-24 FAFSA using 2021 tax information
Do I have to complete the FAFSA?Completion of the 2023-24 Financial Aid Application (FAFSA) OR a completed opt-out form (below) is required for graduation in the state of Texas.
