                                              About Mrs. Sammons:
     
    I'm from LaMarque, Texas. I have been teaching for 23 years. I have been at East View HS since it opened in 2008 and taught middle school in Round Rock ISD for 10 years prior to that. I have 2 sons, one graduated from East View in 2020 and is at A&M and one is a junior at East View. I have been married for 22 years to a former Marine, Brian. I teach both U.S. History and AP U.S. History. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook'Em!!). I have a Social Studies Composite teaching certification.
