PHYSICAL EDUCATION @ FROST ELEMENTARYOur Goal is to incorporate the knowledge and resources needed to start and maintain a healthy active lifestyle into a student's life. Our Physical Education classes are structured and planned. We will teach two week units, incorporating all the TEKS mandated by the state of Texas. During Physical Education, students have the opportunity to express themselves through movement using several different types of instruction to accommodate different learning styles. I am married to Leonard Rhoads, who was principal at Forbes Middle School and Tippit Middle School for 25 years. We have two children Jacob & Haley and a Son In Law Kolt. We also have a grandson Carson, who is 2 years old. Jacob is a correctional officer at a maximum security prison in Ablilene and Haley is a Math teacher at Magnolia High School. She coaches club volleyball for Revolution. Kolt is the head track coach and offensive coordinator at Magnolia High school in Magnolia Texas. I love teaching P.E. at Frost Elementary! In my spare time I coach volleyball for Austin Performance Volleyball and run Georgetown Summer Volleyball League and have for 14 years. My hobbies are watching volleyball, especially Olympic Beach Volleyball. We love to go to the beach and will eventually live there!

I am married, and have lived in Georgetown my entire life. I graduated from Georgetown High School, and have been with GISD for 20 years. I have four grown children, Casey Heller, Jordan Heller, Nicole Heller & Samantha and son-in-law Baron. I have one grandson, Baron, Jr., who is 1 year old. All of my children went to school at Frost Elementary, and I look forward to being apart of the Frost Family again.
