ASAP Registration & Enrollment

  • You can register for ASAP by filling out the online Registration form or you can register in person at the campus.

    After filling out the registration form make sure to complete your class selections in the class selection guide. Your child can also do this on their first day of the program.

    If your child would like to participate in the Adventure Challenge Program you will need to complete the City of Georgetown Parks and Recreation Release form. You can return this by email to thornellc@georgetownisd.org or send it with your child on their first day. 

    Enrollment fees are paid to ASAP on a monthly basis. 
    These fees can be paid on-line by going to the GISD webstore RevTrak Online Payment System or in person when you pick up your child. We accept checks, cash or money orders on site.

    REGISTRATION FEES

    The registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. This fee is paid once per school year and is as follows.
    $40 for one child
    $50 for two children
    $60 for three or more children
     
     
    ENROLLMENT FEES
     
    Enrollment fees are paid monthly on the 1st working day of the month. Students can choose to participate 1, 2, or 3 days a week.  
     
    $60 monthly for 3 days a week program
