  • Career Cruisin'

    The After School Action Program (ASAP) offers Career Cruisin’, a summer camp for students in 6th – 8th grades. Career Cruisin’ provides expert summer instruction in culinary arts, environmental science, business, sports, field study trips, and special programs. These summer enrichment opportunities empower students to explore career pathways in an exciting and real world way. By building Developmental Assets with our students, we help them cultivate additional skills for long term success. These exciting adventures all add up to a great summer experience!

    DATES: June 3rd-7th
    DAYS: Monday through Friday
    TIME: 12:00 (Noon) – 6:00 PM
    TUITION: $125 Weekly 
    LOCATION: Eastview High School (4490 East University Ave.)
    TRANSPORTATION: Provided to camp only if requested (Last Day to Register for Transportation Tuesday, May 14th, 2019)
    MEALS: Snack provided, food on field trips provided, Students need to eat lunch before arrival or bring own lunch

  • Camp Invention

    Unmask your child's creativity this summer in the all-new Camp Invention Program, Supercharged, where children build 21st-Century skills and transform their wild imaginations into epic creations. Campers in grades K-6th will code and program futuristic robots, explore radio frequencies and unearth ancient fossils. Local educators will lead thee innovative, hand-on STEM activites that build collaboration and creative problem-solving skills.  Students in 7th & 9th grade can apply as Leadership Interns to assist and participate in all of the activities of camp while earning service hours.

  • Adventures in Engineering

    Adventures in Engineering is designated for 6th through 8th grade students. Project Lead the Way, Inc., a national program of partnerships among public schools, higher education institutions and the private sector, integrates skills utilized in math, science, engineering, and technology. The curriculum is adapted from the middle school component, Gateway to Technology, which provides project-based learning and a hands-on approach. This opportunity enables students to enter high school and college level programs with the foundational knowledge and skills for success in pre-engineering.
