Meeting Dates
5:30 p.m. Board meeting begins in CLOSED session | 7:00 p.m. OPEN session (public may attend)
The Board conducts its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on the third Monday of each month unless it conflicts with an academic holiday. Board meetings are held in the Board Room of the Georgetown ISD Hammerlun Center for Leadership and Learning at 507 E. University Avenue. Trustees meet in Open Session at 7:00 PM unless a change is noted in the official posted agenda.
Public Comments are welcome from any member of the public who has complied with District procedures for signing up to speak. The form for signing up to speak is below and can be submitted a week in advance of a scheduled meeting or you are welcome to fill out the form when you arrive at the Board meeting. When sending the form in advance, please email Michelle Barlow.
Since January 2016, regular meetings of the Georgetown ISD Board of Trustees have been broadcast live online and archives of the meetings remain available for a minimum of two years.
