Survey: Proposed Projects for 2021 Bond
Dear Georgetown ISD Community Member,
It is an honor to serve as the superintendent of schools for Georgetown ISD and to have the opportunity to work with a Citizens Advisory Committee to review district facilities and equipment for the past several months. Georgetown ISD is an excellent school district located in one of the fastest growing communities in the state, and it is important to seek voter input before making important facility decisions.
The school district and the Citizens Advisory Committee are seeking input from the community relevant to providing new campuses to meet our growing student population, facilities and equipment to provide for district program needs, and the renovation and/or replacement of facilities and equipment that are at the end of their life span.
The district has commissioned a survey to be administered by an independent firm to gather input from voters in Georgetown ISD relevant to potential facility and equipment projects being considered for a November 2021 bond election. Please take a few minutes to complete the attached survey and submit it no later than Saturday, June 5, 2021. Individual surveys are confidential, and we are seeking as many responses from voters in the community as possible.
Thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to assist the school district in determining important decisions that will affect the quality of our schools and community for decades.
Sincerely,
Dr. Fred Brent
Superintendent of Schools
