Media Pass Request Form

Anyone requesting access to the press box or sidelines must complete the pass request, receive approval and make sure credentials are on display at all times at GISD athletic events.  Georgetown ISD reserves the rights to all GISD athletic contests or events.

Media credentials or tickets to commercial freelance photographers, internet site publishers, statisticians, friends or children will not be provided.  Georgetown ISD prohibits the sale of photographs from any Georgetown ISD athletic events and will not provide credentials to any photographers whose purpose of those photos will be used for any purpose other than media coverage.

Save as a PDF and email form to williamsv@georgetownisd.org, must be received by noon on the Wednesday preceding the event.  For questions, contact the Athletic Office.
