Locking a GISD Device: Windows 10, Chromebook, or Chromebox

If you step away from your office/classroom to a location where you cannot see if someone is accessing your computer or interactive display, you should follow the steps below to lock your device to protect your documents, as well as personal and student data, while you are away from your device. Students should also be encouraged to follow these instructions whenever they are stepping away from their devices.
