Georgetown ISD manages several tools to assist in communicating with students, parents, community members, stakeholders, and more. The GISD newsletter, or eNews, is our most common platform to distribute important, district-wide information.
eNews is delivered weekly to inboxes every Thursday during the school year. Anyone may sign up to receive eNews at any time.
If you are a parent, when you subscribe at this link, you may also select your child’s school to receive school communications as well.
If you think you have already signed up, but you are no longer receiving school or district communications, we have found that users often unsubscribe - sometimes on accident! Submit a helpdesk ticket and someone from our department will contact you regarding your status.
GISD eNews is a district platform used to share upcoming information with families and community members regarding academics, athletics, fine arts, event information, and more. However, we also partner with community organizations to include information in our eNews as it pertains to our audience.
