• Mrs. Rogers is entering her 19th year as an educator.  She started teaching in California and has spent the past seven years in Texas.  She has experience across all grade levels and subjects and has facilitated professional development.  In 2020, she stepped out of the classroom to begin a new position as Learning Design Coach at Cooper.  She loves making connections with all people and inspiring others to achieve their personal best.  This year, as one of Cooper's assistant principals, she is excited to connect with students, parents, teachers, staff, and other administrators to support student growth.

    In 2004, her first year of teaching, she also married her husband, Chad Rogers.  They have two children, Aiden, 16, and Makenzie, 15.  They are a baseball family.  Go Dodgers! (We love the Astros, too...when they aren't playing our Dodgers.) Outside of school, she spends most of her time watching her kids practice and play baseball and softball.  When she has time, she also loves to craft and bake.
