• Hello! I am Mrs. Schneider and I teach music at Mitchell Elementary! I live here in Georgetown with my husband and our pets. I found my passion for music in junior high when I learned to play flute in band. I grew up in Iowa and graduated from Simpson College (in Indianola, IA) with a degree in Music Education. I am Texas certified for EC-12 Music. I have taught every age range and I am excited to be here! I believe that "students don't care what you know until they know you care" and I do my best to have my classroom model that!
