Degrees and Certifications:
Registered Nurse Bachelors of Science - Health & Physical Education
Mrs. Lindsay Vineyard, RN
Hello everyone! My name is Lindsay Vineyard and I am the Registered Nurse for McCoy Elementary School. This 2019-20 school year is my fourth year with Georgetown ISD and starting my ninth year as a Registered Nurse. I am always so excited to be working with your children this year.
I grew up just outside of Portland, OR and went on to play college volleyball at Eastern New Mexico University. There, I received my Bachelors of Science in Health and Physical Education. After graduating from college, I became a First Aid/CPR instructor and coached volleyball at a community college in Oregon. I decided nursing was still my passion and went back to get my nursing degree several years later.
Prior to moving to Georgetown, my husband and I lived in Lubbock, TX, where I worked as a Dialysis ICU nurse at Covenant Medical Center. I have worked as a relief charge nurse, a primary preceptor/mentor, and served on the pain management resource council during my years as a nurse.
We have a very active and adorable 3 1/2 year old little boy named Kyler. Our family loves being a part of this wonderful community.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns that you have.
