PLEASE NOTE: Senate Bill 12 Parental Rights and Consent Forms
Due to new legislation for the 2025-26 school year, school districts must provide information about parental rights and options. For more information, please click here to access the information from the Texas Education Agency.
This legislation also mandates that parents are now required to opt-in or opt-out of certain services that have previously been provided to students. This includes Health Services, Counseling Services, and Club Participation.
