Attendance & Absence Requests
Attendance Notifications in ParentSquare
Absence Notifications are sent daily from ParentSquare at the times below:
- 11:15 AM for Elementary Students
- 5:30 PM for Secondary Students
Parents and Guardians will receive attendance notifications via email and text messages. Attendance notices are also viewable on the ParentSquare app or website.
To submit an attendance note, parents/guardians must use the app or the link provided in the text or email notification. Parents/guardians cannot reply to a text or an email attendance notification to excuse their child.
Click Send Note to School
From the app:
Enter the reason for the absence and click Submit.
The message will be sent immediately to the school's attendance office.
Submit an Absence Request or Upload a Doctor's Note
If you need to contact your campus attendance office, please email them directly using the email address listed below.
Attendance in Skyward Family Access
Skyward Family Access also allows parents to view details for all student absences and tardies. However, you can no longer submit absence requests through Skyward. You must email the campus attendance office (listed above) to submit requests or upload documentation.
After you log into Family Access, click the Attendance button on the left menu to access the attendance screen.
Detailed information about your student's absences will appear on this screen.
