Graduation Requirements, Four Year Plans & Endorsements

Skyward Family Access allows parents and students to view graduation requirements, four year plans, and endorsements for their high school students. These tools can help you keep track of your high school student's progress toward graduation during the school year. Please note that some of these menu paths are unavailable during the summer during master schedule maintenance and updates.

Viewing Graduation Requirements

After you log into Family Access, click the Graduation Requirements tab on the left side of the page. You will be able to see all of the requirements for graduation on this page, with a total number of credits complete, in progress, scheduled for next year, or in your student's 4 year plan (future), as well as a total number remaining. Clicking on View Courses will allow you to see which courses in your student's schedule, class history, or 4 year plan apply to each requirement.

Viewing Four Year Plans and Next Year Course Requests

After you log into Family Access, click the Career Plans tab on the left side of the page. You will be asked to select a student if you have multiple students in your family. Use the drop-down at the top of the screen under the Family Access logo to select your student.

Next, click View Full Screen in the top right corner so you can expand the entire 4 year plan for your student.

Your student's four year plan will be displayed, and you can see prior year, current year, and next year courses. Hovering over any course will highlight the appropriate graduation requirement link on the right side of the screen in yellow. During the next year scheduling phase, you can also see next year course requests.

Clicking on a course title in blue will provide you with the full course description from the course guide.

Viewing Endorsements

After you log into Family Access, click the Endorsements tab on the left side of the page. You will be able to view your student's declared endorsement as well as their progress toward that endorsement.
