Athletic TrainersThe Student Athletic Trainer program at Georgetown High School consists of students ranging from 9th - 12th grades. Each Student Athletic Trainer is assigned their own sports team. They are provided the opportunity to travel with their teams and each help contribute to the success of their team. Each Student Athletic Trainer spends time before and after school in the training room learning basic first aid such and cleaning wounds, bandaging wounds, applying ice bags, etc. Each student athletic trainer is also afforded the opportunity to be in our Sports Medicine I or II class to further their education on sports related injuries.
