COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Available for GISD Families & Staff

Randalls/Albertsons Pharmacy is hosting a free COVID-19 vaccine clinic for GISD students, families, and staff who are interested in receiving the Pfizer vaccine. Parents are required to accompany their children if they are under 18-years-old and receiving the vaccine.


  • GISD students ages 12-18 years-old
  • GISD parents and/or family members
  • GISD staff

Vaccines are administered in two doses. Scheduled phases for both doses are as follows:

June 30 - 1st vaccine dose
July 21 - 2nd vaccine dose

August 4 - alternative/make-up 2nd vaccine dose (optional day)

Clinic Hours:
3 to 7 p.m.

If you’re ready to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment, please complete the following steps:

  1. Schedule an appointment through Randalls/Albertsons Pharmacy.
  2. Print and complete the Informed Consent for Immunization and bring this with you or your child during your first dose vaccine date.
  3. If you have insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, please bring your card to the appointment.
