Georgetown ISD adopted a tax rate on $100 valuation for the District for the tax year 2023 at a total tax rate of $1.0467, to be assessed and collected by the duly specified assessor and collector as follows:

$0.6992 for the purpose of maintenance and operations, and

$0.3475 for the purpose of payment of principal and interest on debts

Adopted 18th day of September 2023, by the Board of Trustees.

This year’s tax levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures does not exceed last year’s maintenance and operations tax levy.
