DSACT Recreation Programs are BACK!

Join us for an exciting line up of recreation programs from the comfort of YOUR home! We’re taking DSACT favorites such as Book Club, Dance, and Workout Classes and making them even MORE accessible to our Down syndrome community. We’ve expanded the age cutoffs for all classes, there’s no registration, and participation is completely FREE. Just click on the links below on the date of class to get reading, moving, and exercising.

Book Club - Teens and Adults

Now open to ages 16 and up, join DSACT instructor Emily for an evening reading and connecting over a good book.

Tips for DSACT Program Success

We want to make sure you have the BEST time at class, so here are a few tips to make sure your experience is seamless and engaging!

Click the link for your class 1-2 minutes before class begins. You’ll be added to a “Waiting Room”, but don’t worry, the instructor will let you in shortly.

Parents/guardians: stick around for the first couple minutes of class to help your family member get situated and update their name on Zoom (if needed). And if you’d like, you and the rest of your family can join them in class!

Our instructors will make it easy to participate with few if any materials. All you need is enough room to move around for Dance Class and Workout Class, and a quiet space for Book Club.
