Health Heroes has graciously partnered with GISD to administer free flu vaccines to our student body this year. They will be on campus on December 3rd from 8am-11am to administer the vaccine.  You must have a completed consent form turned into the nurse's office by November 22, 2019 if you would like for your student to receive the vaccine.  You do not have to turn in any documentation for refusal.
